Before you fill out this form, did you do the following?
- Make sure the blue cable is pushed tightly in the back of your computer
- Make sure all the lights are green and blinking on the SWITCH (it looks similar to the one below)
- If there are no green lights, did you check to make sure the power cord is still connected to the power strip?
- Have you rebooted your computer?
